  • Wow, those pull ups were amazing dude

  • At 2:49, the instructor says they are expecting a "straight position" to end the rep. At 2:10, the larger lad seems to display what the instructor explains as a rep that "won't count". Just found this interesting. Anyone else notice this?

  • This motivates me back on wanting to train, stopped bench pressing at 143kg (1 rep) & 110kg (8 reps) at 18 years old due to university and working getting in the middle. At the time was only doing gym and running for 3 months each winter since my speciality was Canoeing 200 meters & marathons of 25-30+ kms. Thanks for posting all the videos Magnus ! Keep it up

  • Magnus, on the deadlifts you are pulling with your arms first. You need to push through your heels at the start of the deadlift and let your legs do most of the work. You do that and you you make your life a little easier and can lift a lot heavier.

  • You should be careful when doing these exercises. The military guy's posture at 2:12 was wrong. He had a curved back. Super dangerous and could lead to future complications. You should always try to have a straight back.
